Shipping policy
The Gr8 Grocers team currently delivers to the Kingston and Portmore regions.
Delivery days are Mondays, Thursdays & Saturdays.
For available items, you must place orders before 10 AM for next-day delivery.
- Orders placed for Mondays will close off by 10 AM on Sunday
- Orders placed for Thursdays will close off by 10 AM on Wednesday
- Orders placed for Saturdays will close off by 10 AM on Friday
Orders for Kingston attract a $1000 delivery fee.
Orders for Portmore attract a $1800 delivery fee.

We will also make every attempt to serve every customer regardless of where they reside/work.
However, we (and any courier acting on our behalf) reserve the right to refuse delivery to unsafe areas due to violence, natural disasters, and other reasonable factors. We will determine unsafe areas on a case-by-case basis.
